This kit provides you will all the basic components necessary to create a mold of your existing part or model.  After your mold is complete, use the Carbon Fiber Fabrication Kit in conjunction with your new mold to make your part out of carbon fiber.  Depending on complexity, this kit will allow you to make molds up to 9 × 9 in. or larger.  For our previous customers, be advised that these kits no longer include the mold polishing compound.

Your carbon fiber molding kit includes the following components:

   - Orange Tooling Gel Coat (6 oz.)
   - Gel Coat Hardener (0.5 oz.)
   - PVA Mold Release Agent (2 oz.)
   - Mold Release Wax (0.8 oz.)
   - Bondo Mold Backer (16 oz.)
   - Non Drying Modeling Clay (4 oz.)
   - Mixing Cups (4)
   - 1" Brushes (4)
   - Putty Knife (1)
   - 1 ml Disposable Pipette (1)
   - Nitrile Gloves (2 pair)

This kit requires the use of a gram scale capable of measuring to 0.1g and is not included in the kit.  Scales are available here.
