Kits Now Include 2mm Coremat

This kit provides you will all the basic components necessary to create a part in carbon fiber.  By using an existing mold or a mold you made with the Carbon Fiber Molding Kit, you can replicate existing parts in high strength, light weight carbon fiber.  Depending on complexity, this kit will allow you to make parts of up to  10" x 23" square with two layers of carbon fiber, two layers of fiberglass, and a core layer of Coremat bulker matt to add thickness for added strength.  

Your Carbon Fiber Fabrication Kit includes the following components:

   - Epoxy Resin (10 oz.)
   - Epoxy Hardener (5 oz.)
   - Carbon Fiber Fabric (12″ × 50″)
   - Fiberglass Fabric (12″ × 50″)
   - 2mm Coremat (12″ × 36″)
   - PVA Mold Release Agent (2 oz.)
   - Mold Release Wax (0.8 oz.)
   - Mixing Cups (4)
   - 1" Brushes (4)
   - Nitrile Gloves (2 pair) 

This kit requires the use of a gram scale capable of measuring to 0.1g and is not included in the kit. Scales are available here. This kit requires the use of an existing mold. If you do not have a mold, you can make one using our Carbon Fiber Molding Kit.
